Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the product you have received or the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it, although restrictions may apply*.  If you choose to return the product(s), the purchaser must contact Moon Groove, herein referred to as the "seller" within ten (10) calendar days to arrange and  request approval of the return with the seller or seller's representative.  the product(s) must be returned to the seller in the original packaging according to the instructions provided in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.  By purchasing products from this seller, purchaser agrees to the sellers Terms and Conditions of sales agreement.  Seller will issue you an refund  to your account or provide store credit for the amount paid for product(s), less restocking fees.  Restocking fees must be a minimum, of atleast 15%,  of the returned price of the  product(s), including any shipping costs or overhead costs the seller may incur in relation to the returned product(s). Original shipping charges on the product(s) purchased will not be refunded to purchaser  on any product.  

Return Instructions 

1. Contact us to request an RMA for and receive full instructions.  you till submit a RMA form for any return.

2. Attach the form to the inside of the shipping box with the product(s) you are returning.

3. Package and ship your return.  Include all of the terms in your original shipment including  devices, accessories and documentation.

Note: you are responsible for making sure the product(s) are returned to the seller  in it's original condition and packaging. 

Replacements and Defects

If you purchased a product or acessory  that is or has become defective through no fault of-your own, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or repair of your device.  Please contact us and we will work with you on the next step of replacement options. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your product fails to arrive or you suspect it was stolen before you received the package , please contact us. 

*Return Restrictions

used or damaged products due to negligence can not be returned.  the term "damaged product(s) includes but is not limited to, damages caused but use of product, original package is torn or missing,  products damaged during shipment, or products damaged due to improper installation.    -Examples of things that are non refundable include Beard oils and waxes,  lash serum, salves body oils and lip balms. - the seller reserves the right to refuse any return product at it's sole discrection.
